RETURN CONDITIONS

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the buyer.

- Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. The products must never have been worn.

- Items are the responsibility of the buyer until they are received at our store, the buyer must ensure that the product is properly packaged so as not to be damaged during transportation. The buyer must keep the proof of deposit stamped by the post office. Our return address is: ECLECTIC STUDIO NY LLC, 27 Greene Street, New York, NY 10013.

- The cost of delivery of a product is the responsibility of the buyer who returns his purchase.

- The refund, or exchange for a credit note, will be issued only after receipt of the product at the return address indicated and under the conditions explained above.

If the buyer wishes to exchange a product for another product, or for a credit note, he is required to notify this by email to [email protected], before returning the product. Eclectic will accept the buyer's request and provide a reminder of the return procedure. It is identical to that of a refund (see below).

The credit note is generated by eclectic on the day of receipt of the returned item, if and only if it meets all of the return conditions, explained above.

 

If applicable, a new invoice will be sent to the buyer's email address. It is listed on My Account from store.e-eclectic.com. The buyer can change his personal information at any time from My Account.

 

The credit note is valid for one year from the date of receipt by eclectic of the returned product. The buyer will then be emailed a promotional code corresponding to the amount of the credit note. This will allow him to spend part or all of his credit from our online store, by entering the promotional code in the space provided for this purpose: Do you have a promo code? at the time of confirming the order.

If the buyer spends only part of the credit, the difference will be credited to a new credit, valid for one year from the date of the first credit. The new credit note will be sent to the buyer's email address. A new promotional code will be generated and it will be communicated to the buyer's email address, entered in My Account. And so on, until the buyer has spent all his credits within the limit of its validity period.

 

Refund

Access My account from store.e-eclectic.com then go to History and details of my orders.

 

Select the related order by clicking on Details.

In the middle of the new page, check the product concerned by the return, enter a reason for returning under Return of goods (eg: too large or too small) and confirm the choice by clicking on Return a product.

 

Eclectic will reimburse the returned item after its reception at 27 Greene St, New York, NY 10013, if and only if the product meets all the return conditions explained above.
